Answer
In general the monitor should not have prolonged temperatures over 85 degrees Celsius. This is the temperature inside the monitor's enclosure, so basically the temperature on the outside of the mold or die, not the temperature of the core. We have also seen installations where the monitor is placed on standoffs and even with insulation added between in order to operate on higher temperature molds.

Also, at prolonged periods over 80 degrees Celsius battery life will begin to degrade.
